No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:

- Hair bundles and hair extensions

- Wigs

- Eyelashes

- Lash glue

- Lip gloss

- Press-on nails

- Beauty accessories

- Sale or clearance items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourdesiresbeauty.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed.
